Professional Experience

May 1977 to Present: Self-employed.

Responsibilities: President of Yueh Healthy Center, Inc. since January 2011, previously known as Acupuncture and Physical Therapy, Inc. since March 1979.

I use a unique “Yueh Integrated Therapy”, combine Western andEastern Medicine, including; Physical Therapy modalities, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises of vertebras/knees/shoulders, gait/balance training, Acupuncture, Acupressure, foot reflexology, blood type diets consultation, Isotonix herbs/vitamins, saliva/urine tests and analysis, etc. to alleviate acute and chronic pain, headaches, nervousness, insomnia, pinched nerve, arthritis, high blood pressure, stroke, Parkinson neurological disorders, post-surgical pain, addictions and all illnesses.  I was also Dean of Holistic Oriental Medicine Academy.  Four students have passed the State Board Exam, and are now Acupuncture Physicians.

July 19, 1993 to January 27, 1994: Part-time Staff Physical Therapist, HIS at Green Briar Rehabilitation Center.

May 3, 1993 to July 18, 1993: Contract Physical Therapist.  Responsibilities: Used various physical therapy modalities, NDT, prosthetic, orthotics and therapeutic exercises to reduce pain, increase flexibility, strength, endurance and improve function in the acute care and out-patient department of South Miami Hospital.

September 18, 1992 to April 30, 1993: Contract Physical Therapist.  Responsibilities: Rehabilitating geriatric and disabled patients to return to their optimal level of function in the extended care facility of Villa Maria Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

September 1974 to June 1983: Physical Therapist.

Employers: Home Health Care Services, South Shore Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and Philadelphia General Hospital, Pa., Willowbrook Development Center, N.Y.

Responsibilities: Continuing therapy of homebound patients after discharge from hospitals, acute care of pre and post-surgical orthopedic and orthotic problems.  Use of electro-modality equipment.  Application of variety neuromuscular facilitation and abnormal reflex inhibition techniques, specializing in the Bobath and NDT techniques.  Instructor for in-service programs to staff and assistants.

September 1971 to May 1974: Physical Therapist and Acupuncturist.

Responsibilities: Very broad rehabilitation programs for medical, surgical, orthopedic, orthotic and neurological disorders.  Used physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercises and acupuncture for physical and mental illnesses.
